The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 24.95 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 38.21 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 34.70 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined by 0.77 per cent at Rs 446.95 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 450.40 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 3.37 per cent to Rs 374.31 crore from Rs 387.36 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 74.55 per cent at Rs 2.98 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 11.71 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 11.92 per cent to Rs 78.61 crore as against Rs 70.24 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 12.83 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 2.41 per cent y-o-y to Rs 14.90 crore, while Taxation decreased by 4.92 per cent at Rs 10.04 crore (Dec'24 Rs 10.56 crore).
