The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.70 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 6.59 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 1.67 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 20.38 per cent at Rs 5.82 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 7.31 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 6.72 per cent to Rs 13.88 crore from Rs 14.88 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.67 per cent at Rs 15.03 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 14.93 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 6.47 per cent to Rs -8.06 crore as against Rs -7.57 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 33.73 per cent in December quarter.
