The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 17.10 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 10.91 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 56.74 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 2.79 per cent at Rs 240.27 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 247.17 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 3.60 per cent to Rs 212.28 crore from Rs 220.20 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 2.66 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.00 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 3.78 per cent to Rs 28.00 crore as against Rs 26.98 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 6.78 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 12.47 per cent y-o-y to Rs 7.16 crore, while Taxation decreased by 32.24 per cent at Rs 2.88 crore (Dec'24 Rs 4.25 crore).
