The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.25 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.38 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 228.95 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 51.65 per cent at Rs 122.88 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 81.03 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 53.25 per cent to Rs 116.01 crore from Rs 75.70 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 96.55 per cent at Rs 0.02 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.58 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 28.89 per cent to Rs 6.87 crore as against Rs 5.33 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 14.92 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 0.84 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.62 crore, while Taxation increased by 100.00 per cent at Rs 0.04 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.02 crore).
