The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 7.64 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 11.21 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 31.85 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined by 0.82 per cent at Rs 141.09 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 142.25 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 3.05 per cent to Rs 132.33 crore from Rs 128.41 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 40.00 per cent at Rs 3.71 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 2.65 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 36.63 per cent to Rs 8.77 crore as against Rs 13.84 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 36.18 per cent in December quarter.
