This is in continuation to our letter dated 10/11/2025 intimating your good office about investment in wholly owned sudiaries. Pursuant to regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR regulations, 2015 cybele Industries Limited has invested in its subsidary companies Cybele Electronics Private Limtied and Cybele Electra Private limited and the sahres were alloted in the board meeting conducted on 06/02/2026. The details under regulation 30 of SEBI LODR are enclosed as Annexure A.
