The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 18.15 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 10.00 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 81.50 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 20.30 per cent at Rs 210.63 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 175.09 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 17.52 per cent to Rs 186.84 crore from Rs 158.99 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 81.75 per cent at Rs 2.29 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.26 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 69.81 per cent to Rs 27.34 crore as against Rs 16.10 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 41.09 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 50.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.10 crore, while Taxation increased by 83.88 per cent at Rs 6.16 crore (Dec'24 Rs 3.35 crore).
