The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.80 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 86.04 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 94.42 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 35.79 per cent at Rs 20.11 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 14.81 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 3.54 per cent to Rs 17.53 crore from Rs 16.93 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 849.25 per cent at Rs 6.36 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.67 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 221.70 per cent to Rs 2.58 crore as against Rs -2.12 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 189.66 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 75.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.14 crore, while Taxation increased by 275.52 per cent at Rs 3.37 crore (Dec'24 Rs -1.92 crore).
