The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.50 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.81 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 455.56 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 69.69 per cent at Rs 126.66 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 74.64 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 67.13 per cent to Rs 121.84 crore from Rs 72.90 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.61 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.00 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 177.01 per cent to Rs 4.82 crore as against Rs 1.74 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 63.09 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 3.70 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.84 crore
