Further, in accordance with our communication dated December 26, 2025, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in shares/securities of the Company, by the Designated /Connected Persons and their immediate relatives has been closed w.e.f. January 01, 2026, and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the Results.
