Bank of Maharashtra has informed the exchanges that Shri Rohit Rishi has ceased to serve as Executive Director of the bank with effect from February 3, 2026.

His departure follows his appointment as the Managing Director of India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited (IIFCL), in accordance with a notification issued by the Department of Financial Services under the Ministry of Finance, Government of India.

The bank stated that the disclosure has been made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
