The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 23.83 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 16.48 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 44.60 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 41.69 per cent at Rs 214.52 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 151.40 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 36.97 per cent to Rs 191.25 crore from Rs 139.63 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 9.55 per cent at Rs 11.55 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 12.77 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 97.62 per cent to Rs 23.26 crore as against Rs 11.77 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 39.51 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 48.75 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.41 crore, while Taxation increased by 44.27 per cent at Rs 8.05 crore (Dec'24 Rs 5.58 crore).
