The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 72.92 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 147.13 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 50.44 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 31.37 per cent at Rs 548.56 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 799.29 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 23.34 per cent to Rs 540.65 crore from Rs 705.26 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 15.10 per cent at Rs 97.17 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 84.42 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 79.52 per cent to Rs 25.98 crore as against Rs 126.87 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 70.13 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 5.63 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.67 crore, while Taxation decreased by 33.87 per cent at Rs 30.26 crore (Dec'24 Rs 45.76 crore).
