The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 353.61 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 332.33 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 6.40 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 14.62 per cent at Rs 1,816.90 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,585.09 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 17.69 per cent to Rs 1,452.42 crore from Rs 1,234.14 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 10.20 per cent at Rs 108.06 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 98.06 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 4.41 per cent to Rs 374.14 crore as against Rs 358.35 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 8.93 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 6.74 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.01 crore, while Taxation increased by 1.70 per cent at Rs 95.70 crore (Dec'24 Rs 94.10 crore).
