The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.13 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.73 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 23.12 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 27.66 per cent at Rs 102.68 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 80.43 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 27.97 per cent to Rs 99.70 crore from Rs 77.91 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 76.47 per cent at Rs 0.04 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.17 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 19.12 per cent to Rs 2.99 crore as against Rs 2.51 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 6.73 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 114.29 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.15 crore, while Taxation decreased by 17.14 per cent at Rs 0.58 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.70 crore).
