The Board of Director at their meeting held on Thursday, January 29, 2026 approved the standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025 and for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025 along with the Limited Review Reports of the Statutory Auditor of the Company and other ancillary matters as disclosed in the outcome of the meeting.
