The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 22.22 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 11.56 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 92.21 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 6.70 per cent at Rs 331.46 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 355.27 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 12.27 per cent to Rs 287.93 crore from Rs 328.20 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 29.98 per cent at Rs 3.27 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 4.67 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 60.86 per cent to Rs 43.53 crore as against Rs 27.06 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 72.31 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 52.69 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.20 crore, while Taxation increased by 9.67 per cent at Rs 5.33 crore (Dec'24 Rs 4.86 crore).
