The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 391.40 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 296.09 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 32.19 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 20.81 per cent at Rs 658.97 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 545.44 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 17.84 per cent to Rs 197.52 crore from Rs 167.61 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 200.04 per cent at Rs 68.83 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 22.94 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 22.13 per cent to Rs 461.45 crore as against Rs 377.83 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 1.10 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 0.61 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.66 crore, while Taxation increased by 33.01 per cent at Rs 127.05 crore (Dec'24 Rs 95.52 crore).
