Dolat Algotech Limited has informed the Exchange that Board of Directors at its meeting held on January 28, 2026, declared Interim Dividend of 0.10 per equity share.The interim dividend for FY 2025-26 shall be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Wednesday, 4th February, 2026 which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose. The aforesaid interim dividend will be paid on or before Friday, February 27, 2026.
