Larsen & Toubro Ltd on Wednesday informed that its Nomination & Remuneration Committee (NRC) has approved the allotment of 30,657 equity shares to eligible employees who exercised their options under the Company’s Employee Stock Option Schemes.

The allotted equity shares will rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.

The meeting of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee commenced at 9:00 a.m. and concluded at 9:30 a.m.
