The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 90.33 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 78.11 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 15.64 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 23.53 per cent at Rs 481.42 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 389.71 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 34.75 per cent to Rs 133.65 crore from Rs 99.18 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 57.89 per cent at Rs 0.16 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.38 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 19.70 per cent to Rs 347.77 crore as against Rs 290.53 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 3.10 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 18.72 per cent y-o-y to Rs 219.08 crore, while Taxation increased by 21.19 per cent at Rs 32.71 crore (Dec'24 Rs 26.99 crore).
