The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 128.22 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 215.14 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 40.40 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 11.86 per cent at Rs 4,250.44 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 3,799.68 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 13.83 per cent to Rs 4,394.68 crore from Rs 3,860.62 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 12.27 per cent at Rs 1.83 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.63 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 39.86 per cent to Rs 171.59 crore as against Rs 285.33 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 46.21 per cent in December quarter.

Taxation decreased by 37.06 per cent at Rs 45.20 crore (Dec'24 Rs 71.82 crore).
