The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.66 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 4.84 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 45.04 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 16.52 per cent at Rs 10.37 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 8.90 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 103.58 per cent to Rs 6.25 crore from Rs 3.07 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit slipped by 29.33 per cent to Rs 4.12 crore as against Rs 5.83 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 39.30 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 48.28 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.43 crore, while Taxation increased by 51.72 per cent at Rs 0.88 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.58 crore).
