The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.26 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.98 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 73.47 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 1.59 per cent at Rs 12.99 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 13.20 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 7.91 per cent to Rs 11.46 crore from Rs 10.62 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit slipped by 41.09 per cent to Rs 1.52 crore as against Rs 2.58 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 39.92 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 25.71 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.26 crore, while Taxation decreased by 124.00 per cent at Rs -0.06 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.25 crore).
