The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 26.01 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 24.97 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 4.16 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 6.32 per cent at Rs 422.90 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 451.43 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 6.81 per cent to Rs 387.96 crore from Rs 416.30 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 86.06 per cent at Rs 3.87 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 2.08 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 0.54 per cent to Rs 34.94 crore as against Rs 35.13 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 6.17 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 121.14 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.72 crore, while Taxation decreased by 27.23 per cent at Rs 6.36 crore (Dec'24 Rs 8.74 crore).
