The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 383.06 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 341.54 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 12.16 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 11.04 per cent at Rs 2,484.08 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 2,237.15 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 7.78 per cent to Rs 1,885.30 crore from Rs 1,749.17 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 50.10 per cent at Rs 31.38 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 62.88 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 21.95 per cent to Rs 625.03 crore as against Rs 512.52 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 9.82 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 3.14 per cent y-o-y to Rs 47.24 crore, while Taxation decreased by 16.24 per cent at Rs 123.80 crore (Dec'24 Rs 147.80 crore).
