The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 9.44 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 6.08 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 55.26 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 23.09 per cent at Rs 58.59 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 47.60 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 21.28 per cent to Rs 44.57 crore from Rs 36.75 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 238.24 per cent at Rs 1.15 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.34 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 29.22 per cent to Rs 14.02 crore as against Rs 10.85 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 5.00 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 8.06 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.57 crore, while Taxation increased by 36.63 per cent at Rs 2.76 crore (Dec'24 Rs 2.02 crore).
