The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 10.86 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 9.43 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 15.16 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 12.32 per cent at Rs 127.46 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 113.48 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 9.80 per cent to Rs 107.96 crore from Rs 98.32 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 120.00 per cent at Rs -0.11 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.55 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 28.63 per cent to Rs 19.50 crore as against Rs 15.16 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 14.52 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 85.85 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.97 crore, while Taxation increased by 14.73 per cent at Rs 3.66 crore (Dec'24 Rs 3.19 crore).
