The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 10.86 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 4.51 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 140.80 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 81.20 per cent at Rs 198.67 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 109.64 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 72.86 per cent to Rs 184.30 crore from Rs 106.62 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 8.13 per cent at Rs 3.46 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 3.20 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 289.24 per cent to Rs 15.92 crore as against Rs 4.09 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 114.75 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 33.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.04 crore, while Taxation increased by 139.10 per cent at Rs 3.73 crore (Dec'24 Rs 1.56 crore).
