Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd has secured a major domestic order from the Central Public Works Department (CPWD), New Delhi, under the Central Vista Project Division-12, in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The contract involves civil construction on an EPC basis for the Common Central Secretariat Buildings 8 and 9, located at Plot No. 23 B & C, Maulana Azad Road, New Delhi, forming part of the Central Vista Project.

The project is valued at Rs 3,069.70 crore (including GST) and is to be executed over a period of 21 months. The order has been awarded by a domestic entity and does not fall under related-party transactions. The company has also clarified that neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in the awarding authority.

The win further strengthens Ahluwalia Contracts’ order book and underscores its execution capabilities in large-scale government infrastructure and EPC projects.
