The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 420.73 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 414.94 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 1.40 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 8.77 per cent at Rs 18,242.39 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 16,771.26 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 70.88 per cent to Rs 29,162.95 crore from Rs 17,066.47 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 394.35 per cent at Rs 144.94 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs -49.24 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 11.76 per cent to Rs 148.86 crore as against Rs 168.69 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 18.81 per cent in December quarter.

Taxation increased by 797.61 per cent at Rs 26.23 crore (Dec'24 Rs -3.76 crore).
