ACME Solar Holdings Limited has informed that Crisil Ratings Limited has assigned a long-term rating of CRISIL A/Stable to the bank loan facilities of ACME Venus Urja Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
The rating has been assigned to long-term bank facilities aggregating Rs 4,072 crore, reflecting CRISIL’s assessment of the subsidiary’s credit profile and outlook.
