The Company has sent Notice of Forfeiture of shares dated December 14, 2025 to all the holders of 11,73,100 partly paid-up equity shares of the Companyn whose shares have been forfeited on account of failure to pay money due on allotment on or before the specified due date i.e. August 30, 2025.
