The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 10.11 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 8.39 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 20.50 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 20.87 per cent at Rs 64.76 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 53.58 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 19.66 per cent to Rs 47.77 crore from Rs 39.92 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 13.88 per cent at Rs 4.02 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 3.53 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 24.30 per cent to Rs 16.98 crore as against Rs 13.66 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 2.86 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 41.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.19 crore, while Taxation increased by 82.09 per cent at Rs 3.66 crore (Sep'24 Rs 2.01 crore).
