The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e., 27th November 2025 has declared and approved the payment of 1st Interim Dividend of 5 paise per equity share of Re. 1 each fully paid up i.e., 5% on 172100000 equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2025-26. The record date for ascertaining the name of the members/ beneficial owners who will be entitled to receive the Interim dividend is Monday, 1st December 2025.
