State-owned Bank of Baroda announced on Wednesday that it has sanctioned Rs 5,636 crore in agricultural loans during a recently concluded special outreach fortnight.

As part of its ‘Baroda Kisan Pakhwada’ initiative, the bank connected with more than 3.65 lakh farmers across the country, the lender said in a statement.
