The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.17 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 10.11 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 98.32 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 97.15 per cent at Rs 6.16 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 216.35 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 97.27 per cent to Rs 5.91 crore from Rs 216.24 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit surged by 136.36 per cent to Rs 0.26 crore as against Rs 0.11 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 8300.00 per cent in September quarter.

Taxation decreased by 98.02 per cent at Rs 0.07 crore (Sep'24 Rs 3.53 crore).
