The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.21 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.26 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 46.46 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 6.23 per cent at Rs 70.89 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 66.73 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 6.41 per cent to Rs 56.24 crore from Rs 52.85 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 66.67 per cent at Rs 0.07 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.21 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 5.55 per cent to Rs 14.65 crore as against Rs 13.88 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 0.63 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 18.51 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.15 crore, while Taxation increased by 17.58 per cent at Rs 1.07 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.91 crore).
