The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.22 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 13.42 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 68.55 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 12.48 per cent at Rs 147.40 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 131.04 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 24.50 per cent to Rs 131.12 crore from Rs 105.32 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 121.92 per cent at Rs 1.62 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.73 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 36.73 per cent to Rs 16.28 crore as against Rs 25.73 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 43.76 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 86.57 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.00 crore, while Taxation decreased by 68.33 per cent at Rs 1.52 crore (Sep'24 Rs 4.80 crore).
