The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.26 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.82 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 68.29 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 90.35 per cent at Rs 8.00 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 82.93 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 90.00 per cent to Rs 8.17 crore from Rs 81.71 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit slipped by 113.93 per cent to Rs -0.17 crore as against Rs 1.22 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 244.22 per cent in September quarter.

Taxation increased by 266.67 per cent at Rs -0.44 crore (Sep'24 Rs -0.12 crore).
