The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.54 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.49 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 10.20 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 14.93 per cent at Rs 47.33 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 41.18 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 17.96 per cent to Rs 44.54 crore from Rs 37.76 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 240.00 per cent at Rs 0.17 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.05 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 18.42 per cent to Rs 2.79 crore as against Rs 3.42 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 28.92 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 38.85 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.85 crore, while Taxation increased by 176.47 per cent at Rs 0.47 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.17 crore).
