The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.74 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.74 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 270.27 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 1.25 per cent at Rs 61.38 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 62.16 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 4.62 per cent to Rs 58.27 crore from Rs 61.09 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 18.18 per cent at Rs 0.09 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.11 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 190.65 per cent to Rs 3.11 crore as against Rs 1.07 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 193.06 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 33.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.02 crore
