The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 8.35 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 9.20 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 9.24 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 0.31 per cent at Rs 124.21 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 123.83 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 10.49 per cent to Rs 109.39 crore from Rs 122.21 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 97.45 per cent at Rs 0.36 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 14.10 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 814.81 per cent to Rs 14.82 crore as against Rs 1.62 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 810.69 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.64 crore, while Taxation decreased by 10.83 per cent at Rs 2.80 crore (Sep'24 Rs 3.14 crore).
