The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.72 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.60 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 20.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 18.21 per cent at Rs 15.32 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 12.96 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 14.72 per cent to Rs 14.57 crore from Rs 12.70 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 26.39 per cent at Rs 0.53 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.72 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 188.46 per cent to Rs 0.75 crore as against Rs 0.26 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 146.23 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 400.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.10 crore, while Taxation increased by 50.00 per cent at Rs 0.24 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.16 crore).
