The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.63 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 6.94 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 76.51 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 28.72 per cent at Rs 156.30 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 121.43 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 29.05 per cent to Rs 150.07 crore from Rs 116.29 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 66.67 per cent at Rs 0.14 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.42 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 21.21 per cent to Rs 6.23 crore as against Rs 5.14 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 5.67 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 112.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.12 crore
