The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 7.14 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 5.41 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 31.98 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 19.67 per cent at Rs 96.25 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 80.43 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 19.15 per cent to Rs 85.19 crore from Rs 71.50 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 1800.00 per cent at Rs 0.38 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.02 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 23.85 per cent to Rs 11.06 crore as against Rs 8.93 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 3.51 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 41.61 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.80 crore, while Taxation increased by 51.63 per cent at Rs 2.32 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.53 crore).
