The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.74 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.58 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 27.59 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 14.86 per cent at Rs 19.56 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 17.03 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 10.63 per cent to Rs 16.65 crore from Rs 15.05 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 90.48 per cent at Rs 0.06 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.63 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 46.46 per cent to Rs 2.90 crore as against Rs 1.98 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 27.58 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 7.78 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.80 crore, while Taxation increased by 21.05 per cent at Rs 0.23 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.19 crore).
