The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.41 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.50 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 382.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 15.06 per cent at Rs 104.49 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 90.81 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 13.05 per cent to Rs 98.33 crore from Rs 86.98 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 7.14 per cent at Rs 0.30 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.28 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 60.84 per cent to Rs 6.16 crore as against Rs 3.83 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 39.81 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 30.77 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.38 crore, while Taxation decreased by 60.00 per cent at Rs 0.26 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.65 crore).
