The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.04 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.34 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 88.24 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose triple digit by 186.16 per cent at Rs 18.20 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 6.36 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 215.10 per cent to Rs 18.15 crore from Rs 5.76 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 50.00 per cent at Rs 0.03 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.06 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 91.53 per cent to Rs 0.05 crore as against Rs 0.59 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 97.31 per cent in September quarter.

Taxation decreased by 93.33 per cent at Rs 0.02 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.30 crore).
