The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 0.17 crore compared to net loss of Rs 0.40 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 30.03 per cent at Rs 8.62 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 12.32 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 36.65 per cent to Rs 8.02 crore from Rs 12.66 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit surged by 276.47 per cent to Rs 0.60 crore as against Rs -0.34 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 351.26 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 3.85 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.27 crore, while Taxation increased by 142.86 per cent at Rs 0.06 crore (Sep'24 Rs -0.14 crore).
